Clinical Team

Dr. Holly Parkerson

Registered Psychologist

I am a registered psychologist providing psychological treatment to adult clients with a diverse range of mental health concerns including PTSD, anxiety and mood disorders, as well as difficulties adjusting to chronic health problems. I also provide treatment for individuals experiencing work- and education-related stress.

My therapeutic approach is supportive, client centred, and goal oriented. I work primarily from a cognitive-behavioural perspective and integrate elements of emotion-focused, mindfulness, dialectical, and brief dynamic therapies. Dr. Parkerson is also trained to provide prolonged exposure therapy for PTSD and has received training in treating police, military, and first responders.

I completed a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Regina and a pre-doctoral residency at Vancouver Coastal Health.
