Boreal Wellness Centres helps individuals improve their functionality and quality of life by developing new skills and perspectives. Our client-focused approach begins by identifying personal goals. We assist clients in in developing an individualized plan that includes psychotherapy, sleep hygiene, mindfulness, fitness, nutrition, readiness for employment and cultivation of healthy relationships with family and friends.

Our mood and anxiety therapy programs use evidence-based approaches, including:
  • cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)
  • acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)
  • dialectical behaviour therapy skills (DBT)
