'Whole body' approach

In addressing mood and anxiety disorders, Boreal Wellness uses evidence based therapeutic approaches that address the "whole body". More specifically, our approach to improving the mental health of clients uses:

  • psychotherapy
  • mindfulness
  • exercise as a medical intervention
  • dietary interventions
  • vocational evaluation and interventions
  • treatment of relationship issues
  • medications (only as needed)
